Welcome to the Homepage of the Mississippi State Chapter of IBE. The Institute of Biological Engineering (IBE) is a professional organization which encourages inquiry and interest in biological engineering. The Department of Biological Engineering at Mississippi State University instructs students in the use of engineering principles to solve problems for mankind and the environment. Through IBE, students enrolled in biological engineering are given a common forum in which they may exchange ideas, no matter what their area of emphasis.
