AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS

CLUB MEETING

February 16, 2000

Club meeting was held in Room #109, Ag & Bio. Eng. At 5:00 p.m.

Members Present: 13

Old Business:

• The shotgun for the drawing had a deposit of $41.25 put down on it.

• The tickets for the drawing were passed out and the costs of printing the tickets were $89.00.

Committee Reports:

• Sponsorship Committee: No report this week.

• AETB/BE Cookout: Make contact with the BE’s and started working on info for the cookout.

• Super Bulldog Weekend Committee: Cost of spot for the cookout is $0.00. Location is between the football field and Bost Extension Building.

New Business:

1. Discussion held about how ticket stubs for gun drawing needed to be handled.

- Decided not to sell tickets to anyone under 18. Parents name must be on stub. Mr. McCulley was appointed to take care of all ticket stubs and money.

2. Mr. Bobby Williams was the guest speaker for the club.

The next meeting of the AETB Club will be Wednesday, March 1, 2000.

Seeing that there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
