Pace Seed Laboratory: Approximately 1000 square feet of high-ceiling laboratory space for housing the downdraft gasifier.
           
Ag and Bio Engineering Laboratories (Howell Building): Over 1000 square feet of laboratory space for sample analysis and evaluation of feedstock properties.
 
South Farm Research Plots: Individual test plot evaluation sites (see Feedstock) for native and exotic species.
Swalm Chemical Engineering Laboratories: Three state-of-the-art microbiological and bioreactor laboratories for microorganism isolation and identification, bioreactor testing of ethanol and acetic production, distillation, and other chemical and microbiological tests.    
           
Five Acre Switchgrass Field: Located on the MAFES dairy in Sessums, MS (10 miles from campus) is a five acre plot of switchgrass for studies on yield, harvesting, and pelletizing.
